I started learning about coffees nearly 25 years now. I really enjoy coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia, so this a combination of coffees from my favorite regions. This blend immediately begins with as very sweet for black coffee. The Ethiopian supplies the sweetness with combination of nutty tones from two different Brazilian beans that add complexity throughout the palate. The finish is extremely smooth and ends with a subtle smokiness on the tongue.
